Erika was published in 1938 though it was probably written sometime around 1930 (for context adolf hitler came to power in 1933) (maybe it wasnt orginialy for nazis, maybe it was) reply reply [deleted] • reply reply advanced_citron7833 • It was used extensively during nazi events and was likely the most popular marching song of the wehrmacht during the second world war and one of the most popular of the whole war on any side.

Share your notes, request a song, suggest features for the website and whatever else The lyrics of the song arent realy that much nazi stuff but it was made by a nazi, released und nazis by nazis and used by nazis Who needs a real piano?

Is the german erika song a nazi song, or could it be considered independent of the nazi regime

[fake?] charlie kirk told erika (his eventual wife) at her job interview, i'm not going to hire you I'm going to date you That's 100% true according to erika The rest of this video is 100% satire.

The singer who is supposed to be a soldier compares a flower, called 'erika' in german, to the genital of his girlfriend, also named erika ('swarmed by masses of bees because her heart [flower also has a female article] is full of sweet liquids, tender scent evaporates'). Broken peach is a band from vigo, spain Erika is an italian artist, but the comment section of that youtube video is mostly brazilians This suggests to me that the song was a local hit in the dance clubs of brazil and not much of a hit elsewhere.
